IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable Sinformation.

Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.

  4. Information Sharing

We DO NOT Share Personal Information with Third Parties (except as needed to fulfill requested services using intermediaries or agents) without users' express consent.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may disclose personal information when we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with an appropriate law enforcement investigation, current judicial proceeding, a court order, or a legal process that we must legally comply with.

  5. Choice/Opt-out

Our users are given the opportunity to "opt-out" of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for information.
